The Civil Police of Minas Gerais (PCMG), in Juiz de Fora, detained a I’m holy and three more people accused of being the authors of homicide against a 40-year-old woman this Monday (12/14). The victim was dismembered and buried in a room, inside a drum. The motive of the crime is linked to the collection of a loan.
Rivania Pereira da Silva was disappeared from November 30. After the investigations began, the PCMG arrived at the mother’s house, where the body was buried in the defendant’s own room, already dismembered and inside a drum. She was caught on the spot, in addition to three other suspects; the groom and the two sons of Santo’s mother.
According to information from the Chief of the Specialized Homicide Police, Delegate Rodrigo Rolli, the victim was lured to the residence of the saint’s mother, located in Bairro Santa Cndida, in the East Zone of the city, and was executed inside the residence of the suspects.
According to the investigations, the victim would have lent R $ 30,000 to the mother of a saint. “After the victim asked for the money, the suspects lured the woman to the residence on the grounds that they would pay the amount and execute her. They claimed they spent their money. In addition, they also used their bank card, made withdrawals from ATMs and also took items away from their apartment, ”explains the delegate.
The alleged criminals were arrested in flagrante delicto for the crimes of concealment of the body and criminal association. The police authority will also represent for the preventive detention of suspects for the practice of the crime of qualified homicide. In this way, they will be sent to the penitentiary system, remaining at the disposal of the Justice.
