Palmeiras won three more reinforcements in training this Tuesday, which took place at the Soccer Academy. After overcoming the quarantine period, Gustavo Scarpa, Gabriel Veron and goalkeeper Vinicius worked normally and can reinforce the team in the match this Wednesday, at 7.15pm (Brasília), against Delfín, for the eighth of the Copa Libertadores.
Gustavo Scarpa, Veron and Vinicius join Luan, Gabriel Menino, Danilo, Rony and Gabriel Silva in the group of those recovered from Covid-19 and who returned to activities at the Soccer Academy. The eight athletes, however, await the results of the exams on Tuesday to see if they will strengthen the team in the round of 16.
According to the recommendation of the Ecuadorian Ministry of Health, the country only accepts people who test negative in the PCR test. Palmeiras awaits the results to embark on Tuesday afternoon for Manta, the scene of the important confrontation for the South American tournament.
