The MPRJ (Public Ministry of the State of Rio de Janeiro) denounced Senator Flávio Bolsonaro (Republicans-RJ) in the case of “Alerj cookie” for crimes of criminal organization, embezzlement, money laundering and embezzlement between 2007 and 2018.
The MP announced the complaint in the early hours of Wednesday (4), but affirms that it presented the request on October 19 before the Special Organ of the TJRJ (Court of Justice of Rio de Janeiro.
On Tuesday (3) the complaint was sent to the judge responsible for the case.
In addition to Flávio, Fabrício Queiroz and 15 other investigated persons were also denounced. According to the MPRJ, the “super secret” was decreed.
What is “cracked”?
Crack is a crime that consists of the transfer, by public servants or a subcontracted employee of the federal, state or municipal governments, of part of the salary or remuneration to politicians and parliamentary advisers.
This practice is linked to someone who is desperately looking for a job and is subject to transferring part of the salary to those who hire him, in this case a public agent or an advisor.
