The workers whose Emergency Assistance of R $ 300 was canceled after receiving part of the second phase of the program can challenge the decision until this Monday (2).

How to dispute
To contest, workers who do not agree with the denial of the benefit must access the Dataprev website. It is not necessary to go to Caixa offices, lotteries or Cadastro Único service stations.

If the dispute is positive, the worker will receive the benefit in the month following the request.
The government did not open the registration for the payment of the R $ 300 dues for Emergency Aid: only those who were approved for the R $ 600 dues were considered eligible.
Further, criteria became stricter, and the government began to do a monthly reevaluation of the beneficiaries to verify if they still meet the criteria.
You will not receive installments of R $ 300 who:
- He has a death certificate in the federal government databases.
- Be under 18 years of age, except in the case of teenage mothers.
- Being locked in a closed regime
- Has been declared dependent on the Income Tax of someone who conforms to the hypothesis of items 5, 6 or 7 above
- In 2019, he received non-taxable or taxable income exclusively at source, the sum of which exceeds R $ 40 thousand
- As of December 31, 2019, he had possession or ownership of goods or rights for a total value greater than R $ 300 thousand
- In 2019, he received taxable income higher than R $ 28,559.70
- Live abroad
- Has a monthly income greater than half the minimum wage per person and a total monthly family income greater than three minimum wages
- Received Social Security, Unemployment Insurance, or Federal Income Transfer Program benefits after receiving Emergency Assistance (except Bolsa Família)
- Got a formal job after receiving emergency help
