A 37-year-old man was arrested after breaching a protection measure and trying to kill the ex partner, also at 37, this Sunday (11/11), in Bairro Cortesia, in Rio Acima, in Big BH. According to the police report, the man said he “did not accept the end of the relationship” for four years and would like to speak. At around 10 p.m. this Saturday (10/31), he went home. But she didn’t reply. He tried to break open the door, but gave up. Hours later, he returned with the weapon fist and very nervous.
According to the victim’s police report, he fired into the house screaming that he would kill his ex-girlfriend. Very scared, she hid inside the house and, in the early hours of Sunday afternoon, went to the police station to register.
This is the second time he has sought police officers to report the aggressor. In 2019, he registered a police report that contained a threat. The Military Police (PM) was the man’s house this Sunday.
