The bank that will be responsible for the João Pessoa contest in Paráiba has been defined. This is the board of the AOCP Institute, whose contract was announced in the Official Gazette this Friday morning (10/30).
The João Pessoa Contest will be for the provision of more than 600 immediate vacancies and another 3,462 vacancies, which must be filled by 2024. This is part of the signed commitment (Term of Commitment to Make Adjustment) between the municipality and the Public Ministry of the State (MPE).

As established in the Term of the Commitment to Adjustment of Conduct, the Municipality of João Pessoa has agreed to terminate a minimum of 600 contracts signed for the provision of services for a temporary period.
Recruitment
One of the clauses of the term, the municipality is obliged to carry out the João Pessoa contest, to cover 601 current vacancies. These, as is known, guarantee stability for middle, technical and higher positions.
Charges
the positions (and vacancies) foreseen in the next notice will be the following. You will notice that almost half of the vacancies are for the administrative assistant position, which requires secondary level.

In addition to filling these 601 immediate vacancies, the Municipality of João Pessoa undertook to hold public tenders in 2022 and 2023, to fill another 3,462 vacancies.
- “Seventh Clause: the Municipality of João Pessoa undertakes to hold a public competition (s) in the years 2022 and 2023, for calls and appointments until December 31, 2024. with a view to admitting at least 3,462 (three thousand four hundred sixty-two) new effective employees, due to the existing need to meet the demands of the municipal public service“.
Of these, 1,700 will be used to fill the administrative assistant position, which requires only the average level of education. Check the image to see the expected design.

Also according to the term signed by the municipality of João Pessoa, the city must follow a schedule, which indicates a notice published until December and the tests that apply until February of next year.
- Composition and installation of the Public Tenders Committee: until August 21;
- Bidding procedure for hiring a company (bank) to hold the event: until October 29;
- Publication of the Public Bid Opening Announcement: Until december 31;
- Public tender and respective approval by the Mayor: until February 28, 2021;
- Call and appointment of those approved: Until March 31st.
2022 and 2023: 3,462 more places
- Tender procedure for hiring a company (1,000 jobs): until May 30, 2020
- Contract termination of at least 1,000 temporary contracts: until June 30, 2020
- Start of services performed by the contracted company: until July 1, 2023
- Bidding and contracting procedure of the company (1,000 jobs): until May 30, 2020
- Contract termination of at least 1,000 other temporary contracts: until 6/30/2024
- Start of services performed by the contracted company: until 7/1/2024.
