Highly dangerous drug trafficker, suspected of participating in at least ten homicides, a fugitive from justice and involved with the First Capital Command (PCC). Despite his criminal record, “Fabinho das Antenas”, 36, active in Santa Luzia, in the metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte, was arrested while resting on a beach in Espírito Santo. This Thursday (22), the Civil Police gave more details of the case.
“The police operation with his arrest, yesterday, in Espírito Santo, was due to a homicide investigation that was carried out in Vespasiano in September of this year. We started investigations and verified the involvement of this suspect, possibly. He was identified and we realized that he is an extremely dangerous individual who works in drug trafficking in Santa Luzia, Ribeirão das Neves and with branches in Lagoa Santa and Pedro Leopoldo ”, explained Chief Marcos Vinicius Martins, head of the Specialized Police in Homicides in Vespasian.
Investigations continued and the mining police learned that the man lived in the city of Serra, Espírito Santo. Vespasiano and Santa Luzia police teams went to the municipality and located the man on Bicanga beach. At the time of his arrest, around midnight, he was waiting for the family.
“He did not react to the arrest and this Thursday we arrived with the suspect in Minas Gerais. He is already in the penitentiary system, but for security reasons, the unit will not be released,” the delegate concluded.
The prison break is investigated
Fabinho das Antenas, also known as “Fabinho do Palmital”, in the Santa Luzia neighborhood, escaped from a Public Private Penitentiary (PPP) in Ribeirão das Neves, in the metropolitan region of the capital, in May this year. The leak is still under investigation.
“He was serving time for trafficking and association with trafficking. He was working in the external area, within the PPP, when he saw the possibility of escape. The circumstances of this escape are being investigated by the 3rd Ribeirão das Neves Police Station, ”explained delegate Adriana das Neves Rosa, head of the Specialized Homicide Police Station in Santa Luzia.
The Civil Police of Minas Gerais had the support of the Civil Police of Espírito Santo to arrest the criminal.
