The young American Timesha Beauchamp, 20, “died for the second time” last Sunday (18), less than two months after being found alive in a body bag from a funeral home. She was being buried in Southfield, USA, when space workers noticed that she was still breathing. Now the family claims that they were finally able to “die in peace.” Timesha suffered brain damage from an oxygen problem in January.
The Oakland medical authority had pointed out, in August, the lack of a medical report after the “first” death of the young woman was discovered. A mortician realized the woman was alive after spending two hours in a sealed corpse. Beauchamp had suffered a seizure and was pronounced dead after CPR, but the error was corrected shortly thereafter.
His mother, Erica Lattimore, had asked him more than once if the paramedics’ diagnosis was correct. The grandmother, who worked as a nurse, had noticed that her granddaughter still had a pulse. However, the funeral home was adamant about the death and had to recant after she was found alive at the funeral.
This time, it is a fact. The family, mourning her death, declared: “This is the second time our beloved Timesha has been declared dead, but now she will never return.” In the document, relatives say they are devastated by the young woman’s departure.
