São Paulo receives Grêmio at 9 pm this Saturday in Morumbi. The two clubs recently made an exchange in the market to make up for deficiencies in their squads. Luciano and Everton, two shirts of 11, are measured on the 17th day of the Brazilian Championship in different personal moments.
The center forward resumed his work with Fernando Diniz almost as if he had not played for Grêmio, Diniz had already trained him at Fluminense, when he also proved to be a top scorer. He joined the team and began to swing the nets. São Paulo has 26 points and is fourth.
There are six goals in 12 games, all with a single touch of the ball, as Ge shows. In fact, he is already approaching eight goals scored in his one-year stay in Porto Alegre. It is, therefore, the protagonist and had a sequence with the change of club.

- Luciano: 6 goals – 12 games (9 starts / 1 reserve) – 1054 minutes on the pitch – 1 goal every 175 minutes.
- Everton: 1 goal – 7 games (4 starters / 3 reserves) – 415 minutes on the pitch
On the Grêmio side, Everton seeks to recover after recovering from Covid-19. The player was almost a month away between the draw with Fortaleza, on September 13, when he started, and the return to the pitch, in the defeat against Santos, in the round of 16.
But the moment is of few opportunities. When Pepê was injured, Everton took advantage of the gap, including a goal in the final from Gauchão and a title won. But the scene has changed. In the isolation period, the young forward established himself as a key player in the team with goals.
On the right side, Alisson has also played a key role: he is Grêmio’s attendance leader for the year, with seven. Therefore, Everton has little space to occupy. Tricolor today is 11th, with 20 points.

In São Paulo, Everton had a similar status this season, after starting much of 2019 until they were injured. The player goes to the game and must be an option on the bench.
Luciano didn’t fit in with Grêmio’s way of acting. He was used as a center forward and as a second forward and did not reach the same level that is currently shown in São Paulo. Upon reaching Morumbi, he even mentioned that he was not receiving opportunities in 2020 and did not want to go into detail about the reasons.
The two clubs will play at 9 pm this Saturday, in Morumbi. São Paulo is fourth, while Grêmio is eleventh.
