Brazil has 150,241 deaths from coronavirus confirmed until 8 am this Sunday (11), according to a survey conducted by the consortium of press vehicles based on data from state health departments.
Since the balance of 8 pm on Saturday (10), two states have updated their data: GO and RR.

On Saturday (10), at 8:00 p.m., the balance indicated: 150,236 deaths, 544 in the last 24 hours. With that, the moving average of deaths in Brazil in the last 7 days was 604, a -13% variation compared to data recorded in 14 days. The average is nearing the 600 mark and is the lowest rate since May 10.
Since September 14, the trend in the moving average of deaths has remained stable, that is, the number has not increased or decreased significantly compared to the previous 14 days. Before that, the country went through a period of one week with a downward trend in the registration of deaths from Covid.
About infected, they were 5,091,840 Brazilians with the new coronavirus, 34,650 confirmed last day. A the moving average of new cases was 26,569 per day, a -1% variation in relation to the cases registered in 14 days. That is, it is also in the range that points to stability.
Only one state has a high mortality rate: Maranhão.

Brazil passed 150 thousand deaths from Covid-19, two months after registering the loss of 100,000 lives.
According to the Ministry of Health, the first death from the disease in Brazil occurred on March 12. The victim was a 57-year-old patient in São Paulo. She was admitted to the Doutor Carmino Cariccio Municipal Hospital, on the east side of the city, the day before. The country reached 50,000 deaths from the new coronavirus on June 20.

Data on cases and deaths from coronavirus in Brazil were obtained after an unprecedented association between G1, O Globo, Extra, O Estado de S.Paulo, Folha de S.Paulo and UOL, which began to work, from June 8, in a collaborative way to collect the necessary information in the 26 states and the Federal District (know plus).
