The death of Ítalo Cardoso Lima and Paulo Augusto Bezerra last Friday (25) was registered by a security camera. The youths were inside the car when they were shot dead in the East Zone of Teresina, Piauí.
The images show two men descending from each other on the opposite side of the street where the youths were parked. They both go to the vehicle that Ítalo and Paulo are in and shoot several times. In the sequence, they flee.
The delegate responsible for the case, Jarbas Lima, said that three suspects were waiting for the young man at the scene.
“They were waiting for the victims to park and two suspects got out of the vehicle, approached and fired several shots. So the criminals fled. Apparently this crime scene was a meeting point, ”he said.
One of the victims, Paulo Augusto, had already been arrested for robbery and drug trafficking.
G1, Lieutenant Colonel Edson Júnior, from the Military Police Operations Center, reported that the youths were shot in the head and that, possibly, it was “burning files.”
“The victims were hit on the head. Possibly, it was the recording of files. The car was parked and shots were fired, ”he said.
