A woman was saved by the Military Police after writing a note asking for help. She was being beaten and held by her 25-year-old husband, who was arrested on Wednesday (23), in Colatina (ES). Information is from G1.
According to the victim, the couple had been together for seven months. The assaults would have started on Tuesday (22), after she called his attention not to urinate in the street.
“We had gone to see the Flamengo game and when we returned home, he went to pee in the street. I caught his attention and he didn’t like it. When he got home, he started attacking me. He kicked me a lot in the ribs, he hit my head on the floor, ”the woman told G1.
Also according to the victim, the attacks occurred in front of her children, a nine-year-old boy and a five-year-old girl. She was also unable to leave the house. So he decided to write a note asking for help.
“I had my son jump out the window and give it to whoever he found. He needed a doctor and the police to come to the house, ”the victim informed G1.
The Military Police went to the house and managed to rescue his wife and two children. According to the woman, this was not the first time the man had been violent. Five months ago, neighbors called the police and arrested the man. However, he was released and promised to change.
According to the Military Police, in addition to the fine for personal injury and private imprisonment, the man was also charged with illegal possession of a firearm. He was referred to the Colatina Provisional Detention Center.
