In the second week of Libertadores in SBT, the Guaraní (PAR) x Palmeiras duel again embittered a third place in Greater São Paulo, behind Sport x Corinthians in the Globo and Record programs. But the Silvio Santos announcer took first place in Porto Alegre, with the classic Internacional x Grêmio.
On air from 9:13 p.m. to 11:27 p.m. on Wednesday (23), the transmission of the Palmeiras game scored 9.3 points, according to consolidated data obtained by the News. At the same time, Corinthians’ exit to Brasileirão registered an average of 22.4 and was the leader. With Amor Sem Igual, Jesús and A Fazenda 12, Record registered an average of 11.1 and ended up in vice.
Compared to the previous week, when SBT showed Alviverde’s match against Bolívar (BOL), soccer lost 0.8 points at Ibope. Silvio Santos’ announcer had also been third at the time, but with a smaller difference than Record, who won 10.7 x 10.1 in the fight for second place.
In Porto Alegre, where the Globo affiliate stretched A Força do Querer and broadcast the film Os Farofeiros (2018) to compete with Libertadores, SBT led with ease. The confrontation between the two main teams in the state registered 27.1 points on average. During Gre-Nal’s time, Globo scored 14.0 from ibope and Record scored 4.2.
Next week, the Silvio Santos announcer will broadcast the duel between River Plate and São Paulo for the São Paulo players. SBT’s other match in the round is Flamengo vs Independiente del Valle.
