As of this Tuesday (22), new withdrawals and transfers of emergency aid of R $ 600 will be released for February birthdays that are not from Bolsa Família. The person may withdraw at least one of the first five installments, depending on the date the registration was approved.

Some people can withdraw or transfer two accumulated installments. The portion released today for withdrawal and transfer is part of Cycle 2 of payments. It had been deposited in Caixa’s digital savings account on September 2.

This Tuesday, the withdrawal of the 6th delivery of the aid must also be authorized, the 1st with a reduced amount of R $ 300, to those registered in Bolsa Família who have NIS (Social Identification Number) ending in 4.

See below for details of payment programs for emergency assistance.

Authorization of withdrawals and transfers (general public)

The authorization of withdrawals and transfers is valid for those who registered through the application or website, at the post office, or who were already registered in the Single Registry but are not beneficiaries of Bolsa Família.

The money had been deposited in Caixa’s digital savings, but it could only be used by the Caixa Tem application (available for Android and iOS) to pay bills and purchases by virtual card.

From today, January and February birthdays They are authorized to withdraw the remaining balance at Caixa offices, lotteries or Caixa Aqui correspondents. They can also transfer the balance to another account.

Lost money? Can be automatic transfer

If what was left of the digital savings balance “disappears”, the money may have been automatically transferred to another personal account (the one indicated when registering for emergency assistance).

For this reason, Caixa advises people to check the balance of the Caixa Tem application before going to a Caixa Aqui agency, lottery or correspondent.

What package can I withdraw or transfer?

The part released today since the registration was approved, according to the following criteria:

  • 1st term: which was registered with the help of Post Office employees between June 8 and July 2
  • 1st term: who was approved after challenging the registration between July 3 and August 16
  • 2nd delivery: who had the registration approved in July
  • 2nd installment: who was approved after challenging the registration between April 24 and June 19
  • 3rd term: who started receiving aid between the end of June and the beginning of July
  • Fourth installment: who started receiving aid in May
  • Fifth installment: who started receiving aid in April

People whose fees were blocked due to registration issues or suspected fraud can now have two cumulative payments available for withdrawal and transfer.

Understand payment by cycles

Caixa calls each cycle a cycle in which all beneficiaries of emergency assistance (except those from Bolsa Família) receive at least one part, regardless of which one. These schedules follow in order of the birthday month, starting with those born in January and ending with those born in December.

There are two schedules for each cycle, both taking into account the beneficiary’s date of birth.

In a first stage, the money is deposited in a Caixa digital savings account, in which case the amounts can only be used to pay bills and receipts and for purchases by virtual card. You must use the Caixa Tem application (available for Android and iOS). The second step is to withdraw the aid or transfer the money to another account.

Cycle 1 has now finished and Cycle 2 is running:

Upcoming payment cycles

Caixa expects two more payment cycles. There are four in total. They will be valid only for those who still have fees to receive.

The government confirmed the payment of four more installments of R $ 300 by the end of the year, but has not yet given details of the new schedule.

People in arrears are expected to receive two payments in the next few cycles. The idea is that everyone can receive five installments no later than November 30, when the last deposit of digital savings occurs in Cycle 4.

See below for the full schedule of upcoming payments disclosed:

Withdrawals of R $ 300 aid to Bolsa Família

Those who are in Bolsa Família and have the right to extend the assistance can withdraw the first installment of R $ 300 (or R $ 600 for women heads of household) until the end of September. It is not possible to accumulate grants and payments from Bolsa Família, the person receives only what is most advantageous.

Withdrawals will be released each business day according to the last digit of the NIS, following the schedule below:

Beneficiaries can withdraw the money through the Bolsa Família Program, the Citizen Card or by crediting a Caixa account.
