A Teen 16 years had to be hospitalized after being defeated by her boyfriend, 18, last Sunday. The crime occurred in the Morro do Parrot, Regio Centro-Sul de Belo Horizonte, after she tried to defend the boy’s pet dog.
At one point, the dog broke loose and climbed onto the couch in the house. Disgusted, her boyfriend started attacking the animal and she tried to intervene to defend him. That was when the boy started attacking her as well. The teenager fainted and the beating stopped only when a neighbor arrived on the scene and broke up the fight. The attacker got away.
According to the prime minister, the boy even bit both arms of the teenager, who also had a broken nose, a knife cut in his right heel and also had swelling in one eye. The event was registered in the Specialized Division for Guidance and Protection of Children and Adolescents (Dopcad).
