Grêmio finally won again at the Brazilian Championship. The 2-0 over Bahia, on Thursday night, in Pituaçu, was valued by the coach Renato portaluppi. She also took the opportunity to talk about what she considers a “Storm in a glass of tea” in the criticism made to the Tricolor in recent games.

As reported by the coach, there was never a lack of confidence in the squad. But it is also known that President Romildo Bolzan Júnior approached the locker room this week on the outskirts of Rio Grande do Sul.
– The tranquility of which you speak, never ceased to have. We know, we work daily, that we have to improve, even if we win. When the victory did not come, we know that we have to correct. We do not learn from defeats alone. But we never stop believing – Renato stressed at a press conference.
The response continued with a defense to the group, in addition to recalling Gauchão’s recent title. Once again, the coach strengthened confidence in the tricolor squad.
– It’s amazing how people try to do something in the Grêmio environment. We started, we weren’t doing so well, we have one game less and everyone has already started to put in the public’s head that there were many things wrong. It’s wrong? Too many titles? What club does not play without winning? Instead of putting it, they start to find little things that don’t exist here in Grêmio. To improve, we all need to do it. But making a storm in a glass of water does not exist – added the union technician.

“The fans can be sure that Gremio, now, will occupy its place among the first classified. Many clubs have not been champions for years, and it is not indirect for Inter. Our group is protected by the president” (Renato)
About the game, Renato mainly praised the team’s performance since Alisson’s goal in the first half. He said the initial stage difficulties were due to a tactical change made, with Isaque’s withdrawal to play in a line of five. When the team returned to normal hours, it grew and built the victory.
– Victory away from home is always very important and very difficult. They all want to win at the Brazilian. Bahia itself is not in a very comfortable position, we knew it would be very difficult. But the group behaved very well and we achieved our first away win – Renato celebrated.
Grêmio now returns to Porto Alegre on Friday afternoon on a chartered flight. On Sunday he faces Fortaleza, in the Arena. With the victory, the Rio Grande do Sul team becomes tenth in the Brasileirão, with 11 points – they also have a game to play, with Goiás, in Porto Alegre, still undated.
