Flordelis exonerates an affectionate son who worked in his office in the Chamber of Deputies | Rio de Janeiro

For this position, Gerson received a gross salary of R $ 15,698.32. After deducting social security contributions (R $ 713.10) and income tax (R $ 3,147.30), the net bonus was R $ 11,837.92.

The parliamentarian is accused of being responsible for the murder of her husband, Pastor Anderson do Carmo, which occurred in June 2019. Despite being charged, due to parliamentary immunity, Flordelis can only be arrested in flagrante delicto for a heinous crime. The Council of Ethics of the Chamber analyzes the case of the deputy.

Gerson is also a pastor in the deputy-led church and lived in the family home until he was married. Two other affectionate children of the deputy, Carlos Ubiraci and André Luiz De Oliveira, were exonerated from their mother’s office after being arrested a little over a month ago for participating in the crime.

Affectionate children are not formally adopted. therefore, Gerson, Carlos, and André Luiz do not have the deputy’s name on the birth certificate.

The Civil Police and the Public Ministry of Rio saw signs of nepotism – when a public agent makes the appointment or hiring of relatives – and also of a cracking scheme in the deputy’s office, when part of the employees’ salaries are returned to the parliamentary. The evidence obtained by the investigations was sent to the Attorney General’s Office (PGR).
