Sydrião, born on April 29, 1967, was considered a highly capable professional by his peers. The general’s death caused a stir in the corporation. (…)
Sydrião was part of the Brazilian delegation led by former President Michel Temer (MDB-SP) that went to Beirut in August. The 13-member team brought food, medicine and basic health supplies to the Middle Eastern country in the wake of the great explosion in the Lebanese capital, which left more than 160 dead and more than 4,000 injured.
