Five of his children and one granddaughter were arrested on August 24, in an operation coordinated by the Rio Public Ministry and the Civil Police. In total, 11 people were reported for the crime.
In addition to not being able to keep in touch with the aforementioned witnesses or corpus, Flordelis must appear monthly in Court to justify his activities and sign a frequency report.
