The city estimates that 60,000 tourists should visit the city on vacation.

In Santos, bathers were caught committing irregularities. There was overcrowding and many were not wearing a mask.

In Jericoacoara, on the west coast, the hotel chain is 100% occupied. Several tourists were seen without masks and unaware of the protection measures against the new coronavirus.

In Espírito Santo, the beaches of Guarapari were also full. Until Friday (4) the presence of bathers and vendors was prohibited on the coast of the municipality due to the new coronavirus pandemic and only walking on the sand was allowed.

Guarapari is one of the main destinations on the Espírito Santo coast and usually receives thousands of tourists from Minas Gerais and the interior of Rio de Janeiro on vacations and summers.

On the beach of Boa Viagem, in the South Zone of Recife, the movement remained quiet this first Saturday after the state government released the resumption of trade and the presence of boatmen on the coast, subject to the rules.
