President Jair Bolsonaro was in the medical service of the Presidency of the Republic after hours this Monday (31) at the Planalto Palace.
Bolsonaro left the Planalto Palace at 5:48 p.m., according to the Communication Secretariat. From there he went to the medical service. He left at 6:15 pm and returned to the official residence, in the Palácio da Alvorada, where he spoke with the concierge with supporters before entering.
When asked why the president was in the medical service, Planalto staff had not reported until the latest update of this report.
In Alvorada, Bolsonaro said that he was “tired” and therefore did not want to record the videos that his followers requested. The conversation with the fans lasted six minutes.
The president began his office hours in Planalto at 9 in the morning, receiving the apostolic nuncio, Don Giovanni d’Aniello. Then there were hearings with the ministers Luiz Eduardo Ramos (Government Secretariat), Paulo Guedes (Economy), Onyx Lorenzoni (Citizenship), André Mendonça (Justice and Public Security), Fernando Azevedo (Defense) and parliamentarians.
This Tuesday (1st), Bolsonaro is expected to receive the party’s leaders in Congress to present the proposal of Renda Brasil, a program that he intends to launch instead of Bolsa Família.
