247 – The Second Panel of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) unanimously acquitted Federal Deputy Vander Loubet (PT-MS). Vander became the first parliamentarian to be charged under Operation Lava Jato. The decision of Minister Edson Fachin, who is Lava Jato’s rapporteur in the Supreme Court, indicated that the Attorney General’s Office (PGR) did not present proof of the commission of a crime by federal deputy PT.
