Celso decrees the temporary confidentiality of the video of the presidential meeting

In a timely and temporary manner, the Minister Celso de Mello, of the Supreme Federal Court, determined the incidence of the secret in the external HD delivered by the Office of the Attorney General to the judicial secretariat of the court. In it is the video file of the face-to-face meeting cited by Sergio Moro in testimony to the Federal Police, last Saturday (2/5).

In the decision, the minister affirms that confidentiality will be lifted in accordance with the decision given the requests made by the AGU, regarding the challenge that Moro offered them.

Full access to the meeting between Bolsonaro, Vice President Hamilton Mourão, ministers and presidents of public banks, which took place on April 22 at the Planalto Palace, had been requested by the defense of the former Minister of Justice. Initially, AGU requested that only part of the recording be released.

The case integrates the Survey 4,831, which investigates the statements of the former Minister of Justice on President Jair Bolsonaro. Last Monday (4/5), Minister Celso de Mello said that this investigation cannot be classified.
