Through a live broadcast, Renato Casagrande (PSB) said the exchange will work alternately. The decision was made after a meeting with industry businessmen that lasted approximately two hours at Palacio Anchieta, the government headquarters. The measure is applied mainly to municipalities with a high risk of contamination, such as those of the Vitória Metropolitan Region.

The businessman Flávio Gianordoli, has two stores in Vila Velha and Vitória. Since 19 it has been closed.
