According to the newspaper, Galo would be willing to negotiate with the 24-year-old, who has a contract until the end of 2020. The vehicle also guarantees that Clayton even agrees to reduce his salary to transfer to the Portuguese club. According to A Bola, the striker receives R $ 300 thousand in Atlético and, in Vitória de Guimarães, he would receive R $ 120 thousand.
It is worth remembering that Figueirense recently admitted to being interested in re-hiring the player revealed by the club. On the occasion, however, the team’s president, Chiquinho de Assis, stated that Clayton receives R $ 190 per month in Galo, an amount different from that reported by the Portuguese newspaper.
Atlético hired the player in 2016 for approximately R $ 13 million, but it was never launched and was a disappointment, after arriving with a great status of promise to the club. Clayton made 62 games and scored just nine goals for Rooster.
