According to the survey, for 50%, the government of João Doria (PSDB) is bad or very bad; 31% think that the government of São Paulo is regular and only 16% consider that the PSDB government is good or excellent.
Doria’s successor to the mayor’s office, Bruno Covas (PSDB) has 58% of valid votes in the second round of São Paulo’s municipal elections, compared to 42% for Guilherme Boulos (PSOL), according to the survey.
In voting intentions, Covas has 47% compared to 35% for Boulos. White and null add up to 14% and undecided 4%.
Covas has the support of Doria and Celso Russomanno – the unpopular Jair Bolsonaro’s candidate in the first round – while Boulos has the support of PT, PCdoB, Rede and PDT.
