The raid occurred at an intersection on Avenida Joo Csar de Oliveira, near Bairro Novo Eldorado. According to the police report, the driver of a Ford Ranger, a 55-year-old woman, was driving down the road when she was unable to stop the vehicle. She collided with a motorcycle, which was waiting for the traffic light, and dragged it about 100 meters. They even entered the rear and collided with another motorcycle, which was coming from the opposite direction.
