National Institute of Social Security (INSS) you will receive the 13th salary in advance from 2021. The information was disclosed by Decree No. 10,410, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation, according to the document, the benefit will be granted in two stages.
The first installment of the annual bonus will be deposited in August, together with the INSS benefit, such as, for example, retirement. The second installment will be granted in November through the same system. Releases must take place between the first and last five business days of the months in question.
It should be remembered that, in 2020, the thirteenth salary had been anticipated to help policyholders during the new coronavirus pandemic. At that time, the transfers were made between April and June.

Until then, according to the official INSS calendar, the quotas of the annual allowance had to be paid at the end of the year, although it was common for the first part to be advanced to August. However, the government had to make the announcement in advance.
With the new decree, payment is scheduled for August and November. The first delivery will have as value 50% of profit. In the case of the second, the amount will be calculated based on the difference between the total amount of the benefit and what was paid in the first installment.
It is also important to bear in mind that the advance payment of the thirteenth salary is intended for INSS policyholders who receive the following benefits:
- Retirement;
- Pension;
- Incarceration assistance;
- Assistance in the event of an accident;
- Maternity pay;
- Pension for death;
- Aid for temporary disability.
