Mukti, a housewife, left her husband’s house and took a ‘body photo’ to be with her boyfriend and sent it to her husband. He made the death drama by posting that image on social media.
Making your own body didn’t save the launch. With the help of information technology, the Natore district police rescued the alleged dead housewife along with her boyfriend Abid from Fulbaria in Mymensingh.
Police Superintendent (SP) Liton Kumar Saha said this at a briefing at the offices of Police Superintendent Natore on Thursday afternoon.
According to the SP, Abid, a businessman from Mymensingh, fell in love with Mukti, the wife of Akmal Hossain, resident of Ishwardi Upazila in Pabna and sales representative of a medical company, via social media. Mukti wants to go to his father’s house in Kondil de Tarash upazila de Sirajganj on May 11. Because of this, Akmal Hossain delivered Laguna at Rajapur de Baraigram upazila from Natore. Later, her boyfriend Abid picked her up on a minibus from Hatikumrul in Sirajganj. From there, the housewife posted photos of her decomposed body on social media, including committing suicide. In addition, she sent the photo and the murder message to her husband’s family with her boyfriend.
SP Liton Kumar Saha said Akmal Hossain had filed a murder case at the Baraigram police station on May 11 for the incident. In light of this, Natore district police rescued the alleged dead housewife along with her boyfriend Abid from Fulbaria in Mymensingh on Wednesday night.
Mukti and her boyfriend Abid were sent to jail by the court this afternoon.
