The decision was made at a meeting chaired by Muhammad Abdul Moin, chief coordinator of seven universities, in the office of the business education faculty of Dhaka University on Saturday.
IK Selim Ullah Khandaker, coordinator of seven universities and director of Kabi Nazrul Government College, told bdnews24.com.
He said that three exams at seven universities were still incomplete due to the epidemic. These include – Final Master’s Episode (2016-17), Preliminary Master’s (2016-17), National University Previous Degree Special Exam.
“The epidemic started after we tested some of these subjects. The incomplete exam for the final part of the Master will begin on January 14. Their routine has also been revealed. The dates of the other two have not been set. However It has been said that it will start in two or three days ”.
He also said that the final exam of the fourth year of graduation will begin from January 25 and the third year 2017 (2015-16) grade passing exams and the 2019 third year (2016-17) graduation exams will begin in the first week of February.
Principal Selim said: “These examination forms are being filled out. Approved third-year students must complete the examination form from December 26 to January 10 and 2019 third-year graduates must complete the examination form between December 26 and January 10. In addition, the process of initiating the second-year special exam for older students is underway.
Professor Muhammad Abdul Moin, chief coordinator of the seven universities and dean of the business education faculty at Dhaka University, told bdnews24.com:
“Those whose exams got stuck or in the terminal have been asked to take their exams on a priority basis.”
The seven government universities affiliated with the University of Dhaka are Dhaka College, Kabi Nazrul Government College, Eden Women’s College, Begum Badrunnessa Government Women’s College, Government Shaheed Suhrawardy College, Government Bangla College, and Government Titumir College.
Educational institutions have been closed since last March due to the coronavirus epidemic. Recently, the Dhaka University authorities also decided to hold some exams in response to the demands of the students.
