Isaac claims Badi as his ‘father’

A young man has approached the court to demand the father of Abdur Rahman Badi, a former deputy from the constituency of Cox’s Bazar-4 (Ukhia-Teknaf). He also demanded a DNA test from the two of them in this regard.

Maryland. The court has issued a summons against Badir taking into account the complaints of the young man named Ishaq (28). Ishaq filed the petition in the court of Teknaf Assistant Judge Ziaul Haque on Sunday.

Confirming the matter, the plaintiff’s lawyer, Nazim Uddin, said that the court had subpoenaed the defendant during the impeachment period. Saman has been asked to respond within the next seven business days.

According to the complaint filed with the court, Abdur Rahman Badi married Ishaq’s mother, Sufia Khatun, on April 5, 1992. Maulvi Abdus Salam, who worked at the Niribili residential hotel he owned at the time, arranged their marriage. . The doorman of the Ekhlach hotel was the witness of the marriage.

Meanwhile, Badir’s son Ishaq also asked the court for a DNA test to verify the truth of the incident.

He went to Badir many times by the hand of his mother to demand the recognition of his father. Ishaq claims that he and his mother contacted Shamsur Nahar, Abdur Rahman Badir’s younger sister, about the matter. They try to solve the problem at the national level. But Badi keeps wasting his time.

Ishaq also said that former MP Abdur Rahman Badi received a warm welcome in Teknaf when he went to appear in the ACC case recently. At the time, he claimed he had no children except a son and daughter named Shawn.

After that, Isaac decides that he will no longer be silent. So he took refuge in court. He also complained to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina about this.

Abdur Rahman’s Badir used to call his mobile phone more than once to find out about this, but did not receive it. I did not respond to the text messages.
