Referring to another directive from the Prime Minister, Asadul said that the Prime Minister has instructed not to make any fee schedule or purchase estimate without approval from the Finance Ministry.

The Prime Minister directed the Planning Commission to investigate whether the Finance Ministry approved the timetable when a project was proposed.

Secretary Asadul also said that the prime minister has instructed to make a master plan in each of the large educational institutions.

The Prime Minister said: “No matter where the campus is, unplanned buildings or playgrounds should not be destroyed. For this, a master plan must be prepared in all educational institutions ”.

The Prime Minister also asked to make a master plan in each upazila.

“Because we are building a lot of facilities, including mini stadiums in each upazila. So what will happen in that master plan needs to be included. “

The Prime Minister also ordered that prepaid gas meters be installed in all areas, especially industrial areas.
