Rezaul Karim Bablu, a deputy from the Bogra-6 (Gabtali-Shajahanpur) constituency, has been criticized for posing with a firearm on Facebook social media. The discussion began when the film was released on Friday. Many believe that the display of an image of an MP showing his weapon through social networks is a reflection of a very indecent and degrading expression.

A person named AB Barik from Nandigram in Bogra said on his Facebook: “Suddenly, MP, I want justice for this.”

Bogra senior journalist Chapal Saha wrote: ‘How fair is it to display a gun bought by a member of Parliament? Rezaul Karim Bablu was suddenly supported as there were no BNP candidates in the Bogra-6 constituency in the eleventh parliamentary elections held in December 2016. As a result, he became a member of Parliament. He bought a gun for his own protection. He posted this weapon on Facebook. A member of Parliament should know that displaying weapons is a legal crime. So is he …?

However, MP Rezaul Karim claimed that he had obtained a weapons license for security reasons. A week ago, he bought a foreign pistol from a gun shop in Dhaka for 80,000 taka. While waving the gun while sitting in the store, an employee who was with him took a photo on his mobile phone and posted it on his Facebook wall.

He said there was no legal impediment to uploading images of licensed legal weapons on social media. An employee who was with him posted on Facebook that he was not there. Political opponents and some journalists who don’t like it are spreading various propaganda by making this image viral.

Bogra Sadar Circle Additional Police Superintendent Sanatan Chakraborty said police had recommended issuing a pistol license in the name of MP Rezaul Karim a few months ago. However, it is not known whether the district administration has issued him a pistol license.

Rezaul Karim was chosen as an independent candidate for the Bogra-6 constituency truck symbol in the 11th parliamentary election. In his affidavit, Rezaul Karim mentioned that his profession is journalism and business. However, there is no information on your affidavit and tax return about how much money you make from journalism.

His educational qualification is SSC pass. However, he mentioned that his income from agriculture and business was three thousand and two thousand rupees respectively. Your choice cost is Rs 10 lakh. He mentioned that he earned Rs 50,000 from his own business and borrowed Rs 5 lakh from his two sons-in-law as a loan and Rs 5 lakh from another son-in-law as a donation.

Although the affidavit showed a monthly income of 417 rupees, he became the owner of a large fortune within a year of being elected to Parliament. In his first speech in the first session of parliament, he made strong statements against the brick kilns in his area, but it is rumored that he has already taken advantage of the brick kiln owners.

This deputy first hit the media when he started using a car worth more than Rs 33 lakh within two months of being elected. Now he is using government cars worth millions of rupees. In favor of which about millions of rupees had to be deposited in the government treasury. In addition, he has completed all the preparations for the construction of a multi-story building in his village house.

On the other hand, the deputy has hidden the details of the case that was presented to him in his electoral affidavit. According to the rules of the Election Commission, Section 3A of the affidavit form states that if there is a case in the past, the result must be mentioned. But Congressman Bablu mentioned in that section of his election affidavit form that no criminal case has been filed against him in the past.

However, in 2006, a teacher named Abu Hayat Khan filed a fraud case against him at the Shahjahanpur Police Station for taking a bribe of thousands of rupees for naming him at a technical school. MP Bablu is the only defendant in the case.

Election analysts say the legislator violated the Order of Representation of the People by hiding information. If you act according to the rules, you will lose your eligibility for the position.

MP Bablu was born in Saghata upazila de Gaibandha. From an early age he studied in another house in a Gohail Union village in Shajahanpur upazila de Bogra. Although she could not get very far in education, she married in the Manikdipa village of the Aria union of the upazila and built a house in the Domanpukur village of the Majhira union.
