Jannatul began this deception with her second husband divorcing her first husband. The CID has found his property worth Rs 20 million in and around Dhaka.

CID officials further said that a person named Nazir Hossain contacted the scammer Jannatul on his mobile phone after seeing the “Patra Chai” advertisement. At one point, he met her at a restaurant in Gulshan on July 12. After the marriage, they will take him to Canada and run his 200 million rupee business there. Believing these words of Jannatul, the victim initially gave him 150,000 rupees and a passport. Later, the scammer Jannatul said that it was very cold in Canada, so he would bring his 200 million rupees from there. Will do business in the country later.

He said that to get the money back via DHL, Jannatul Ferdous turned off the phone taking a total of Tk 1.69 crore from victim Nazir Hossain for taxes and DHL invoice. Therefore, since 2010, Jannatul has snatched a great deal of money by catching different people at different times. One of your accounts has been seized. There are bills of around 25 to 30 crore rupees. She has four bank accounts. CID officials said that 1 crore of Tk has been deposited with them.

Jannatul used to keep his mobile phone turned off when money was taken from victims. Efforts are underway to arrest other members of the network, authorities said.
