Ashiq Billah also said that some of the defendants had tried to “divert the incident.” He said that in the third week of July, Liaquat had met with three sources, Nurul Amin, Nezam Uddin and Mohammad Ayaz, about the assassination plot.
After the shooting, Sinha was rushed to the hospital to confirm his death and later taken to the hospital to be seen. He said Pradeep had established a sanctuary in Cox’s Bazar using illegal legal government weapons.
Meanwhile, a charge sheet was filed in court by Cox’s Bazar Chief Judge Tamanna Farah at 10:15 a.m. Sunday. And Mohammad Ayaz, former Teknaf Police Officer Rubel Sharma and former ASI Sagar Dev.
