Maulana Abul Mansur (55) is the founding teacher of Ummahatul Mokmenin Adarsh Mahila Madrasa. The area is known as ‘Hazur’. Is he the one who raped a madrasa student (14) day after day turning her into a ‘religious girl’? The incident came to light last Friday when the girl’s relatives went to the president of the local union council to demand justice. The incident took place in the Uchakhila area of Ishwarganj upazila in Mymensingh.
According to local sources, the accused Abul Mansur Tarundia Unión Kandulia village. Son of Bachir Uddin. About 10 years ago, he bought land in the nearby Uchakhila bazaar and built a house. He built a madrasa in front of the house. Besides teaching the Quran, he also runs a coaching business here. About a hundred students from the area study at the madrasa.
Abul Mansur is known to have been married twice in the area. The two wives also live together. In this situation, a teenage girl from a nearby town became a ‘religious girl’ and was forced to enter and leave that house regularly. At one point, he persuaded the girl’s family to take him to the madrasa on their own. Meanwhile, due to her bad intentions, the teenager leaves her (sir) and goes home. He did not come to the madrasa for several days.
The girl’s mother said she was upset that her daughter would no longer go to the madrasa. Say no more. Faced with this situation, one day the lord came to the house and took the girl back after talking about many hadiths. A month later, the girl returned home and said her husband was ‘treating her like a husband and wife’ by making various vows and signed a white stamp saying that he would marry her in protest. When the incident was reported to the local president, the gentleman was called last Friday and the teenager described the ‘violation of the gentleman day after day’ in his presence.
President Motabbirul Islam said that the truth of the incident of rape of the girl was discovered from the statement of the lord. Because he has apologized for the incident several times. He later told the girl’s family to go to the police station.
