An 11-year-old boy has been accused of violating his own business in Taltoli upazila de Barguna. Police arrested Sobahan Hawladar, 65, accused in the incident.

According to police and local sources, Sobhan Hawladar from the Lalupara area of upazila has been doing business with Mudimnohari at Fakirhat Bazar. On the afternoon of September 26, a fifth-grade girl from the village of Idupara went to Fakirhat to shop. At that time, Sobahan called the girl at his commercial establishment and raped her.
At this time, the bandage was untied from the boy’s mouth. Later, a local teenager named Shakil came to the boy’s rescue. Shakil informed the girl’s family about the incident. Enraged, Sobahan Hawladar struck Shakil. Sobahan tried to cover up the rape.
On Thursday evening, the girl’s father filed a case with the Taltoli Police Station under the Prevention of Child and Women’s Abuse Act. Police arrested Sobahan from Fakirhat Bazar on Friday. The police sent the boy to Barguna General Hospital for a medical examination.
The boy’s mother said: I want justice for the disgusting incident of old Sobahan with my daughter.
Taltoli OC police said. Kamruzzaman Mia said a case has been registered at the police station for child rape. Sobahan was arrested in the incident. The baby was rescued and sent to the Barguna General Hospital for a medical examination.
