Today we celebrate 10 years of One Direction (July 23), and in honor of the group’s anniversary, we can’t help but think of all the great music they’ve delivered over the past decade.
Debut 2011 I wake up all night It made fans fall in love with the five teens back then with hit songs like “One Thing,” “Gotta Be You,” and, of course, “What Makes You Beautiful.” In 2012, the group followed up with fun-loving fans. Take me Home, which introduced us to classics like “Live while we are young”, “Kiss You” and “Little Things”.
After their annual streak, 1D entered with their third studio album, Midnight Memories, in 2013, with a more mature sound in songs like “Story of My Life”, “You & I” and the title track. 2014 brought the fourth album duly titled, FOUR, with hits like “Where Do Broken Hearts Go”, “Steal My Girl” and “Night Changes”.
Before announcing their hiatus, One Direction released their fifth album and the first without Zayn Malik, Done in the morning, with fan favorites like “Perfect”, “Drag Me Down” and the nostalgic “History”.
