  • Perfect railway balance Allows you to constantly grind left and right without adjusting.
  • Perfect manual balance You can stand on your front and rear wheels without adjusting up and down.
  • Perfect lip balance Allows you to hold lip tricks without adjusting up and down.

  • There is no bail Allows you to perform tricks without fear of falling.

Purists may not have much use in these modes, and you will need to turn off these help mods to complete some challenges, but for those who want a more casual experience or for players with limited motor function, these mods can be a blessing from the start.

Don’t forget the manuals and reversals

If you want to get high scores in the Pro Skater series, you need to combine a handful of tricks into one combo. Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 Add two systems from other titles in the series to help you do that.

Guides

A manual is a trick you use to lengthen the combo as you descend from the flip or grab trick. By pressing a button combination like a D-pad up right above or just below you before landing, you will land on either the front or rear wheels of your board. When in the guide, you move forward with speed, but you have to constantly adjust your balance on your controller.

Use the manual to attach long combos to wide stretches of skate parks. For example, you can do a jump and flip trick on the rail to grind – and then jump, grab and land in the manual. As you move forward and keep your balance, you can do another jump and flip trick. Those last two moves will be added to your combo along with your manual, giving you a nice, long combo.

Turns

Ramps are a way to keep the cambos going down the ramp. In older Pro Skater games, once you get off the big air commbo starting the ramp, your commbo will end. However, by pressing the revert button as soon as you get off the ramp, you can extend your combo manually and then do more tricks.

Typically, the best way to make a big combo rack from the ramp is to pack a lot of flip tricks, grabs and spins into one trick. With reverses, you can continue the combo in a way you can’t actually do Pro Skater 1 And 2.

Switching grinds and manual

Grinds and manuals are great tricks to expand combos, and the longer you hold them, the more points you get. You can also expand their usability by changing them while using their trick, which will add another trick to your combo length.

While holding the grind or manual, if you do a flip trick, grab or double tap on the grind button, your skater will still move to another move while operating the same class.

For instance, if you are grinding a train and tapping the grind button twice, your skater will flip the board and do a different kind of grind. You can also do some wild exercise moves if you use the same technique when doing the manual.

Focus on simple challenges

At each stage Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 Will face many challenges, some of which are similar, and others that are unique. If you want to get as fast as you can on this game, first focus on completing the following:

  • Challenges to score high, pro and ill Easy enough for franchise giants. If you are having trouble getting a high score, you can turn on all mods to make sure you never mess up your tricks.
  • High combo There is another challenge that depends on big scoring to complete. Mods can also be turned on for this purpose.
  • Collect SKATE There is a common challenge in the franchise for which you need to collect five floating letters in each park. These collectors are always in order and follow a linear path through the stage. If you follow a very logical course through each park, you will easily reach that cross.
  • Gap challenges Easy because they just need you to do a certain trick at a certain place. The introductory video of each stage shows you where the distance is located and shows you what to do. If you don’t know how to proceed, just pause the game and go to Options> Scatter> Tick Mappings menu, where you can find the right button combination for that trick. Once you know what to do and where, go find a place, run a distance trick, and you’re done.

Other collection challenges, such as finding secret tapes, are likely to take a few runs and trial and error. Each challenge must be sufficient to meet the above challenges in order to pass through the list of requirements.
