Tom brady melted in a sweet love bowl on Monday … writing a soft birthday note for Gisele for her 40th and she is adorable as hell !!!
The GOAT activated her social media account to deliver the message … posting a photo of the supermodel and her children, writing “Happy 40th Birthday” … all while stealing some curious lines from Frank Sinatra.

“You are the sun of my life,” wrote Brady. “That is why I will always be close. You are the apple of my eyes. You will always stay in my heart.”
Gisele was happy with the QB’s birthday wishes … she commented in the photo: “Thank you, my love. I love you so much.”
Of course, Brady has never shied away from public love notes to his wife … every Valentine’s Day, Halloween, and just about any other holiday, he shares some kind of photo of the two of them.
As we previously reported … the couple has been dating for over a decade, and they have two children together.
But famous TB12 said Howard Stern earlier this summer he had to jump Patriots off-season trainings toward the end of his New England term because Gisele “was not satisfied with our marriage.”
Clearly, however, everything is fine now.
