Johnny Depp’s “disgusted” maid described in court Tuesday how he found poop in bed that the actor shared with then-wife Amber Heard, and had the photos to prove it.

Housekeeper Hilda Vargas said in a written statement filed with the British court that she arrived at the celebrity couple’s penthouse around 3 p.m.
“He was pointing to the bed and he said he couldn’t believe what he had found,” Vargas said, referring to the other maid.
“I removed the top sheet from the bed and saw a large pile of feces.
“I was horrified and upset. It was clear to me that it was human feces. I knew that the feces could not come from either of Mr. Depp’s or Mrs. Heard’s two small dogs, ”Pistol and Boo.
“I have cleaned those dogs many times and their feces are much smaller. Also, I’ve never known those dogs to defecate in bed. “
The maid testified amid Depp’s defamation case against Britain’s The Sun, which called the actor a “handcuff puncher” in a 2018 article. Heard said Depp repeatedly assaulted her during her doomed 15-month marriage, while that the actor denied the allegations.
Vargas, who has worked as Depp’s housekeeper in Los Angeles for more than 30 years, added in her testimony about the poop incident: “Those feces were fresh … from night or from early morning.”
The Spanish-speaking maid, through a translator, said the incident showed “disrespect” and that she took the photos because she was “angry.”
Vargas added that on May 24, 2016, three say that after Depp is accused of throwing Heard’s iPhone at her during a fight and hitting her right eye, leaving her bruised, the actress approached her at home and told her that the poop photos “had destroyed her marriage.
