Taylor Swift fans have been horrified after the singer was removed from country music legends celebrating the famous Nashville Mural and replaced with Brad Paisley.
According to Fox 17, the popular show, which is at Fifth and Broadway on Music City’s Legends Corner, is being transformed by artist Tim Davis.
When news spread that Swift had been left out of the memorial display, many fans weighed in on her. Many claimed that the “cardigan” singer had the right to be on the wall, with one person calling the switch “Trevesty”.

“It’s already annoying to have a legend transferred to a corner mural by a Taylor Swift man, but only when you have overall achievements and appreciation …… please,” one person responded on Twitter.
“Removing the @ Taylorswift 13 from the mural in Nashville is a travesty, and replacing it with another dime dozen white dudes instead? Ug,” another tweets. “Many other women in the country or BIPOCs who have been slandered. Bad move #Nashville.”
Most fans angry at the switch argued that while Paisley deserved to be on the mural, Davis was able to add it without removing Grammy Award winner Swift.

Meanwhile, one fan pointed out that Swift – who released a sister album of “Evermore”, “Folklore” earlier this month – has been giving less to country music in recent years.

In addition to Paisley, reports say Davis plans to bring two new stars to the mural. However, the artist has yet to reveal who they will be.
Other country music stars currently appearing in the installment include Keith Urban, Reba McEntry, Dolly Lee Parton, Black Shelton and Willie Nelson. The Ryman R in the Mural City is next to the Detorium.
