O debating films with my friend, who is a diplomat at the United Nations ”, is shown in the characterization of the new mayor of Timisoara on his Facebook page.
How did you learn the Romanian language
“I have been a resident of Timisoara since 2003. Then, fresh out of high school, I worked for a year as a volunteer in a children’s home in the Freidorf neighborhood. There I also learned the Romanian language. In 2006, the new mayor of Timisoara undertook a seven-month internship at the Foundation for You, where, he says, he established the first mentoring program for adults with intellectual disabilities in Romania. His project won the award for “Best Volunteer Campaign” at the Civil Society Gala in 2009.
Passionate about music, he founded the “Timisoara Gospel Project” and the TGP Cultural Association, which he has led as president since 2012. The concerts he performs have raised donations of thousands of euros for the Timisoara Palliative Care Center. And the Municipality of Timisoara offered him a diploma of excellence in 2014, for his contribution to the life of the community, shown in the characterization on Dominic Fritz’s Facebook page.

Timisoara has enormous potential, a potential that is currently evaporating for a political-administrative system left over from the last century. I love this city too much, “said Dominic Fritz before the elections.
Timisoara, he says, marked his career, defined his desires and changed his way of seeing life.
Dominic Samuel Fritz obtained 53.31% of the votes, assuring him the expiration position of Timisoara for the next four years.
