President of PLUS Ilfov and councilor for this county, Ciprian Teleman states on his website that he has “eight years of career as a scientific researcher and sixteen years in the private sector, as a consultant, for companies that cover the entire spectrum of the Romanian economy.”
According to his LinkedIn profile, Ciprian Teleman graduated from Iași Alexandru Ioan Cuza University (1989-1994), later in 1996 he was senior scientific researcher for 8 years at the Geological Institute of Romania.
He spent another year and 8 months in 2005-2006 as a director of Ascent Group, co-founder of Max-Business & Accounting (from 2015 to now) and a senior consultant at Qualians (from January 2016 to present).
The two companies of which he appears to be the founder (Max-Business and Accounting) and senior consultant (in the company Qualians – from January 2016 to the present) they do not appear as income generators in the declarations of assets and interests which Teleman published on the website of the National Integrity Agency or on the website of the Ilfov City Council.
On another personal site (https://ciprian.teleman.ro/about/) Ciprian Teleman states that he is part of the team of consultants at Qualians Romania that offers consulting and training under TMI and Tack licenses and that he is an associate in two companies in the IT and financial fields (MAX BA and Accountess).
Teleman also ran for Senator this year and based on wealth and interest declarations completed in October 2020, it appears to be associate and administrator in only three companies.
Thus, according to the declaration of interests, Ciprian Teleman is a founding member of the Association of Sports Clubs ‘NoStress’ and is an associate in three companies:
- – Cognis Consulting SRL (associate and administrator)
- – Accountess Management Consulting SRL (associate and administrator)
- – Accountant Simple Finance SRL (associate)
According to the wealth statement Last year he had an annual income of 17,321 lei as CEO of Cognis Consulting SRL, but he still earned almost 270,000 dividend lei of the three companies with which it is associated.
His wife, Mihaela Virginia Teleman, is the general manager of Accountess Profile SRL, where she earned an annual income of 16,482 lei and another 18,522 lei as a skilled accountant. She still won almost 764,000 lei of dividends of the three companies mentioned above in which she is a partner with her husband.
Ciprian Teleman also owns part of two urban plots in the villages of Tamași (1,250 m2) and Buftea (18,938 m2), according to the wealth statement published in Ilfov City Council. He also has a 534-square-meter house in Tamași, Ilfov County and two cars: a 1999 Tico (Daewoo) and a 2004 Opel Corsa.
In terms of debt, Ciprian Teleman has a loan of 394,000 lei taken out in 2008 by Unicredit Bank, which matures in 2034.
