As of Saturday night, the towns of Otopeni, Mogoșoaia, Corbeanca, Dobroești, Măgurele and Popești-Leordeni have been quarantined. But, what are the restrictions that apply in these locations in the next 14 days?
As of 11/21/2020, at 10:00 p.m., for a period of 14 days, the zonal quarantine measure was instituted in the towns of Otopeni, Mogoșoaia, Corbeanca, Dobroești, Măgurele and Popești-Leordeni in the county by Ilfov. This means that both locals and visitors to these towns must follow a set of rules and submit, as appropriate, a declaration at their own risk (download HERE) or an employer certificate (download HERE).
Attention: the rules that apply during the local quarantine period differ from one location to another! For example, in Otopeni you will not need a declaration under your own transit responsibility, unlike the rest of the towns (download HERE).
The measures were posted on the Ilfov Prefecture website and you can find them in the list below. It is mainly about travel restrictions, the activity of economic agents or the holding of events.
For example, the police have announced that they will punish those who travel without a serious reason and without a full statement to that effect, and fines range from 500 to 2500 lei. However, authorities say that neither DN1 nor Otopeni Airport will be blocked.
