A telephone interception carried out in the case of the “soup” policemen from Iaşi generated panic between two control institutions. According to some official documents obtained by “Adevărul”, in the list of his transcripts the only thing that filled the Romanian Police with shame is that of a telephone interception between the general director Cosmin Andrei Hîncu and a colleague who collaborated with DNA.
In that discussion, Hîncu complains to CAP, who meanwhile left Mamma Mia, that he has to take portions with free food to two other institutions that effectively control the food units. “I’m going there, I’m going there, I’m going there, I’m going to DSV, I’m going to DSP,” Andrei Hîncu complained on January 13, during the telephone conversation.
The discussion took place in a context where, according to official sources, Hîncu was disturbed by “the scale of the practice of offering and delivering catering products to traffic police officers free of charge.” Likewise, at the time of that conversation, Hîncu allegedly knew that the Internal Intelligence and Protection Service (SIPI), the secret structure of the Ministry of the Interior, is investigating the case of the “soup” policemen, the sources also specified. Thus, as a form of protection, he would have decided not to send free food to the police through the drivers and have them come and collect it at headquarters.
Regarding a possible involvement of the Veterinary Sanitary and Food Protection Directorate (DSVSA) in this investigation, the documents obtained by the newspaper indicate, as they suspect, that “most of the cars that handle the delivery of food at home are fictitious to the representatives of the Iaşi Veterinary Sanitary and Food Safety Directorate (DSVSA), in exchange for receiving similar undue benefits ”.
Gabriel Ciobanu, director of DSVSA Iaşi, told us that the investigating bodies have not requested any information from the institution he directs so far and he is not aware that any colleague is used to receiving free food from Mamma Mia. .
In turn, Cătălina Benchea, director of the Iaşi Public Health Directorate, did not answer the phone yesterday.
Below is the transcript where Mamma Mia’s rep complains that she has to bring food to DSV and DSP
HÎNCU Andrei-Cosmin: – I don’t want to call you! No … I want this to calm down! Let’s not have arguments with … for a year!
PAC: – Dude, the decision is yours anyway! If you tell me guys, don’t answer, don’t answer! But what…?
HÎNCU Andrei-Cosmin: – Not that I no longer answer! I didn’t say that, A.! Let’s not get ourselves wrong!
PAC: – Dude, no … you …! But I didn’t blame you! I told you if you say …!
HINCU Andrei-Cosmin: – No! My problem was that you didn’t want to go anywhere with the undersigned, right? If they come here it’s their job, nobody knows …! My problem is that I don’t want to go through the drivers anymore, that’s the problem.
PAC: – Yes, I understand, ready! I asked you how I do it, yeah …!
HÎNCU Andrei-Cosmin: – …. that all that, ah, yes, after that, after that they are crafty on the street in my p..a, for this! Understand? They are bears! Ah, it hurts in p …! It’s from Mamma Mia (no, she’s referring to the restaurant drivers)!
CAP: – And after that and in his free time and all that!
(….)
HINCU Andrei-Cosmin: – Did you understand? But finally! The idea is this: one that I don’t want the drivers to take anymore, I don’t want … everything to leave here! I go there mocha, I go there, I go to DSV, I go to DSP, I go there. I no longer ship drivers! I’m not sending that (unintelligible) … and after that, God forbid, there will be some mess, because I don’t want to …! But (unintelligible) talk to myself for a month?
