The National Meteorological Administration has issued a new Yellow Code for heavy snowfall, valid in 14 counties in Romania. The new notice will be in effect from Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. to Friday at 3:00 p.m. Meteorologists also sent rain and wind information for the south, east and center of the country.
The weather information goes into effect on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. and expires on Friday at 3:00 p.m., according to Mediafax.

A code yellow alert goes into effect on Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. and expires on Friday at 3:00 p.m.
The alert is aimed at Caraș Severin, Mehedinți, Gorj, Hunedoara, Alba, Sibiu, Vâlcea, Argeș, Brașov, Covasna, Prahova, Dâmbovița, Buzău and Vrancea counties, where ANM announces significant rainfall.
In the Southern and Curvature Carpathians it will snow temporarily, more abundantly at altitudes above 1400 m and a constant layer of snow will be deposited. The wind will intensify, and on the ridges it will be strong, with gusts exceeding 90 … 100 km / h and there will be a blizzard that will determine the decrease in visibility.
In the south of Banat, the north of Oltenia and Muntenia, as well as in the southeast of Moldova, the rains will predominate, which will be quantitatively significant, and the amounts of water will exceed 30 … 40 l / m2 and in restricted areas 50 … 70 l / m2.
