Academician Dr. Virgil Enătescu, considered one of the most brilliant people in the world, passed away on Thursday, October 22 at the age of 79. The academic’s daughter published an emotional message on social networks, announces Romania TV.

Virgil Enătescu was born in Brasov on November 11, 1940. As a student, he was passionate about experimental research, developing a way of thinking initiated in the medical world by Claude Bernard (1856), who laid the foundations for experimental medicine.

He was a member of the Romanian Academy and president of numerous national and international scientific forums and commissions.

In recognition of his scientific contribution, the Americans included him among the 500 geniuses of the 20th century, being one of the most famous personalities of Satu Mare, says presasm.ro

Academician Dr. Virgil Enătescu passed away on Thursday, October 22 at the age of 79.

The academic’s daughter posted a message on social media announcing that Dr. Virgil Enătescu will be taken to the last road on Saturday.

“Today, October 23, 2020, at 7:00 p.m., is the vigil and tomorrow October 24 at 3:00 p.m. the funeral will take place, in the Cemetery Chapel next to the train station,” Emilia Enătescu announced in the post on the social network.
