CBC: At least two dead in armed incident in Canadian province of Nova Scotia
UPDATE 07.14
A man dressed as a police officer shot and killed 16 people in Canada on Sunday. He was chased by the police for 12 hours. This is the attack with the most victims in Canadian history. The attacker, Gabriel Wortman, 51, was reportedly killed by police.
Several bodies were found in a small house in the city of Portapique, about 130 kilometers from Halifax. Police believe this is the first crime scene.
The bodies of the victims were found elsewhere. Canadian police believe the attacker chose his first victim and then shot randomly.
Among the victims was Heidi Stevenson, 23, who was part of the Royal Canadian Police.
Three people, including another police officer, were injured and are now receiving care at a local hospital.

The attacker, Gabriel Wortman, 51, is one of the dead, CBC announced, citing various sources.
Police arrested Wortman after a movie-like chase on suspicion of shooting multiple people whose health was not specified.
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police said the incident took place in the city of Portapique, located on the Atlantic coast, about 130 km north of the provincial capital of Halifax.
“This is one of the most senseless acts of violence in the history of our province,” said Prime Minister Stephen McNeil.
Portapique residents said the incident took place on Saturday night, and the police urged everyone to stay home.
