Two flights were scheduled to take off today from Iasi airport. Both flights were scheduled at 13:00 and were destined for Baden – Baden and Nuremberg.
According to the airport director, Cătălin Bulgariu, the two flights were canceled.
In the morning, Bulgaria requested the presence of the gendarmes at the airport. In the area there are already teams of gendarmes, who have made the color of access for travelers, to avoid a situation like Cluj-Napoca.
According to the authorities, around 350 people expected to go with the two races to Germany.
Almost 2,000 people from Transylvanian and Moldavian counties were in the parking lot yesterday in front of the “Avram Iancu” Cluj International Airport go on charter trips to Germany to work in agriculture.
